Grundy's Special Client Services division offers the highest level of expertise and a broad range of comprehensive homeowner's coverage, with the ability and resources to effectively meet the insurance needs of all of your distinctive homes.
Our insurance policies include guaranteed Replacement Cost coverage on your homes and free appraisal service; and, in many cases we can include Flood and Earthquake on our standard policy.
Primary and Secondary Homes
Because Grundy is licensed in all 50 states, you no longer need to use multiple insurance agents when insuring your homes. We can insure your primary and secondary homes (including waterfront and historic homes) on the same policy.
Waterfront Property Insurance
While many insurance companies will not insure waterfront homes, Grundy Insurance does. Grundy can place the waterfront houses of our preferred customers on a Special Client policy that includes the essential Flood coverage that you need. We believe that the homes of our distinguished Special Clients deserve the best coverage available, and we will work hard to make sure all of your homes are aptly covered.
Historic Home Insurance 
Restoration, preservation and regular maintenance require special resources to preserve and protect the features of a special home like yours. While mass-market insurance carriers don't provide this coverage, Grundy does. Just as finely crafted details like hand-carved woodwork, heart pine flooring and original mantels and pediments enhance the uniqueness of your house, the details of our Historic Home Insurance Program make the difference in preserving the character-defining features of your historic home.
Coverage Highlights:
- You may require more " or less " coverage than your friends and neighbors. We'll work with you to provide limits that meet your precise needs.
- We understand some of the most beautiful homes are also the hardest to insure. Whether you reside on the coast, in the mountains, in a gated community or all of the above, Grundy's Special Client Services has the ability to handle complex insurance needs.
- Coverage is provided for landscaping, breakage of fragile items, and damage caused by domestic pets.
